2. Products and Orders
Carresthuk offers car headrest hooks and seat-back hooks in the variations stated on the relevant product pages.
Product descriptions, prices, available options and quantities are displayed before an order is submitted.
When you place an order, please ensure that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
An order is subject to acceptance and availability. Once the order has been accepted, the applicable order details will be processed for fulfilment.
3. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after acceptance of the order.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, it is handed to the selected carrier for delivery.
4. Delivery
Orders may be delivered through established carriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services, depending on the destination, service availability and applicable delivery arrangements.
The usual transit period is approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances affecting the carrier or destination. Where applicable, relevant tracking information will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed.
Tracking notifications may be issued at key stages, including dispatch, receipt by the carrier, movement through the delivery network and local delivery.
Customers should monitor the email address provided with their order for delivery-related updates.
5. Delayed or Missing Orders
If an order has not arrived within the standard delivery period, please contact us at headrest@carresthuk.com.
We will review the relevant order and, where appropriate, contact the carrier to investigate the delivery status.
Following the outcome of the investigation and the circumstances of the individual order, we may arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
6. Delivery Risk
For consumers covered by applicable European consumer protection law, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with Carresthuk until the goods are physically received by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier.
The transfer of goods to a carrier does not, by itself, transfer the risk of loss or damage to the consumer.
Any mandatory legal provisions applicable to the transfer of risk remain unaffected.
7. Right of Withdrawal – European Consumers
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period normally begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

A clear statement indicating the decision to withdraw from the purchase is sufficient. Customers may include their order number and relevant order information to help us identify the purchase.
After a valid withdrawal, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the mandatory requirements governing the withdrawal.
8. Returns Following Withdrawal
Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, goods should be returned in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
Customers should take reasonable care of the goods while they are in their possession.
Where legally applicable, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods following withdrawal, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Mandatory statutory rights concerning withdrawal, refunds and return costs remain unaffected.
9. Damaged or Defective Goods

Where the circumstances support a refund or replacement, we may process the matter using the information and photographs provided. For a damaged item, you may not be required to return the item where the circumstances allow the matter to be resolved without a return.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
10. Refunds
Where a refund is approved under these Terms & Conditions or applicable law, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where practicable.
The applicable refund amount and timing will depend on the reason for the refund and the requirements governing the transaction.
For statutory withdrawals, refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
11. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.

12. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the relevant transaction.
For consumers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to the consumer’s purchase remain unaffected.
For consumers in the United States, mandatory federal, state and local consumer protection provisions applicable to the transaction remain unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer’s statutory rights where such exclusion or restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website or applicable legal requirements.
The version published on this page at the time of an order will apply to that purchase, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
