Carresthuk provides delivery services to customers in Europe and the United States. Please review the following information before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been accepted.
Processing time refers to the period required to prepare an order for dispatch and is separate from transit time.
2. Delivery Time
After dispatch, the usual transit period is approximately 3–8 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service and circumstances affecting the delivery network.
The estimated transit period does not include the order processing period.
3. Delivery Services
Carresthuk may use established carriers including DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services, depending on the destination and service availability.
The applicable delivery option and any relevant delivery information will be shown during the purchasing process.
4. Tracking Updates
Tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided when the order is placed.
Where tracking updates are available, notifications may be issued at key stages of delivery, including:
- Order dispatch
- Receipt by the carrier
- Movement through the delivery network
- Local delivery
Customers should check the email address associated with their order for delivery updates.
5. Delayed Deliveries
If an order has not arrived within the standard 3–8 business day transit period, please contact:
We will review the order and, where appropriate, contact the relevant carrier to investigate its delivery status.
Following the investigation and based on the circumstances of the individual order, we may arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.

7. Delivery Risk
For consumers covered by applicable European consumer protection law, the risk of loss or damage remains with Carresthuk until the goods are physically received by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier.
The transfer of goods to a carrier does not, by itself, transfer the risk of loss or damage to the consumer.
